1 • If you have suffered personal injury or bodily harm by a sinister turn to a health care center and sought emergency medical report, the same shall be a true reflection of what your state. Remember that you have a period of 6 months to make a complaint, however you must advise before. The content of it is important to you and which shall not contain any evidence that distorts reality.
2 • You must report the accident to your insurance company within 7 days.
3 • Find out who are the eyewitnesses of the incident, what they saw and what they have indirect knowledge of the incident.
