Accident DUI / DWI: A vehicle collision resulting from the intoxication of a person or persons not clear how to operate machinery.

Motorcycle Accident: A motorcycle crash resulting in property damage and bodily injury.

Bicycle Accident: A bicycle collision resulting in property damage or injury.

Pedestrians or passersby Accident: A collision involving a pedestrian or pedestrian and resulting property damage or physical injury.

Injury in Your Workplace: Legal issues related to injury or damage occurring in the workplace.

Production Defects: An injury that was caused by a defect in the manufacture of a product or equipment.

Design flaws: poor design of a product (or malfunction of safety protection devices) that may cause injury or damage to a person, business or property.

Lack of notice / notice Inappropriate: Injury or damages were caused as a result of not labeling a product or device with an appropriate hazard warning.

Legal malpractice: misconduct or neglect of a legal career as a lawyer, which causes damage to another person.

Medical Malpractice: Legal matters having to do with injuries or damage caused as a result of misconduct or lack of care by a medical professional.

Slip and Fall: injury caused by a slip and fall. The accident is the result of inadequate or dangerous conditions on the property of a person owning a business, or public property.

Wrongful Death: The death resulting from another person failed to exercise ordinary care.
